摘要:

随着《中华人民共和国公共文化服务保障法》的施行,“公众参与”公共文化服务效能评价得到立法确认,无论是对提高图书馆服务效能还是保障公众基本文化权益都有重要意义。进一步推动公众参与到图书馆服务考核评价中来,需要及时制定相关实施细则,培育公众参与主体意识,拓宽公众参与渠道。

Abstract:

As the implementation of the protection of public cultural services of the People's Republic of China, "public participation" performance evaluation of public cultural services have legislative confirmation, whether to increase the efficiency of the library service or have important significance to ensure the basic cultural rights and interests of the public. To promote the public involved in the evaluation of library service, need to formulate relevant detailed rules for the implementation, foster the subject of public participation consciousness, broadening the channels for public participation.
