公共图书馆微信公众平台阅读推广研究——以江苏省市级公共图书馆为例

摘要:

以江苏省市级公共图书馆的微信公众平台作为研究对象,就其基本信息和基于公众号的阅读推广两大部分内容进行研究,发现当前公共图书馆微信公众号阅读推广存在消息推送内容和形式单一、频率不固定、交互性差、信息反馈弱等问题,并且阅读推广还未被规范设置成公众号菜单功能,就此提出相关建议,旨在为公共图书馆利用微信公众平台推广阅读提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

Taking WeChat public platforms of municipal public libraries of Jiangsu province as research objects, this paper carries out the investigation on basic information and reading promotion based on WeChat public platform, finds that there are some problems in the current reading promotion of WeChat public platforms of public libraries, such as the single form and content, unfixed frequency, poor interactivity, weak feedback of information, and the reading promotion has not become the main service function of WeChat public platform in libraries, and then puts forward relevant suggestions, which aims at providing some useful references for public libraries to promote reading by using WeChat public platform.
