摘要:

视障读者是社会弱势群体,保障他们享有均等的社会文化权益是图书馆义不容辞的责任。在借鉴中国盲文图书馆为视障读者服务的实践经验基础上,对公共图书馆开展视障读者服务工作提出了建议。

Abstract:

Visually impaired readers are disadvantaged in society. It is the responsibility of the library to guarantee their equal social and cultural rights. Based on the research and practice experience of China Braille Library for people with low vision, this paper makes some suggestions to the public library for the service of visually impaired readers.
