Abstract: Based on analyzing the present situation of digital resource construction and reference service in the middle or small high school libraries, this paper brings forward an optimal model of reference service： to introduce the specialists of the high school into the DRS system, to adopt a series of regulations and inspiring-mechanism to make them recommend excellent databases,journals and literatures.
