Abstract: With the coming of the information ear and rapid development of science and technology, the vision of library and information service is changing dramatically and deeply, and appears lots of new features and tendency such as library and information service value concept based on materials sharing,library and information service ecological concept on development and library and information service design concept on whole- life education.
