Abstract: At present, due to personal or exterior factors, academic librarians suffer from mental health imbalance on account of stresses generated whereas. The thesis attempts to analyzes stress-generating factors and put forward accordingly solutions such as adjusting to the role shift, tackling varied stresses, harmonizing the inner world and cultivating open personality etc..
