Abstract: As an important part of the library system,public libraries play a very important role.Because of extensive and complex characteristics of readers in public libraries,It is a severe challenge how the library provide readers with high quality services.So it is helpful to try to introduce CRM into public libraries.This paper puts forward a concrete enforcement scheme of CRM in public libraries.
