Abstract: As web2.0 changes the paradigm of network information service,library which is an information resources center should conform to the development of the age in providing information service .This paper discusses the main characteristics of the digital reference service in library 2.0 age from three aspects＇the service concept of digital reference,the service model of digital reference,the reference librarian of digital reference.
