Abstract: It has a practical significance that we probe into the woman librarians＇professional consciousness in order to enhance their quality and the library work level because most of the librarians in university libraries in China are women.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the woman librarians＇professional consciousness,this article proposes how to adjust their professional consciousness directly.
