Abstract: In view of the low efficiency of novelty retrieval files management in current library information retrieval department,this paper puts forward the construction of novelty retrieval database system based on web by using ASP technology.the system adopts muhi--ehannel access and statistical methods to put an end to the rights to operate without permission.The establishment of the system has important practical value in improving the efficiency of data management.
