Abstract: Some ethnic minorities,living near the red river watershed,have been creating the glorious cuhure,including many well-known intangible cultural heritage in the world,in the process of development of the long history.This paper illustrates the characteristics of its cultural heritage,points out the importance of database construction,and puts forward some constructive advice on the basis of making clear the database contents.
