Abstract: Based on the outline of the elementary knowledge of contingency theory,this paper analyses incentive models from contingency view.Through emotion incentive,variation incentive,training incentive and so on,it seeks for the best matching framework among different incentives by the dynamic,multi-dimensional views so as to optimize incentive process and enhances librarians' incentive effectiveness.
