Abstract: Female librarians of university libraries are the important force of promoting the development of library cause. But they are facing many difficulties in occupation development. This paper analyses the factor of influencing female librarians occupation development, brings forward some countermeasures to promote the development of female librarians occupation. So, female librarians can play a greater role in the library organization.
