Abstract: The mobile internet provides the omnipresent information service for libraries users, which brings forward higher requests to the quality and ability of librarians. This paper discusses the role of the librarian under the mobile internet environment, analyses the quality of the librarian, and puts forward specific ways to upgrade the quality of the librarian.
