Discussion on Micro Film Marketing of Libraries: Introducing the Micro Film of Tsinghua University Library Winning the “Award for International Marketing of Libraries”

Abstract: The micro film "fall in love with the library" of Tsinghua university library wins "library international marketing award"issued by the international federation of library associations,which makes the library to realize the important function of micro films for promoting library values,regulations, resources and services. Taking micro films as a marketing tool will help libraries improve the main structure of marketing,rapidly expand marketing audiences,reinforce the idea of people oriented marketing. To develop micro films marketing work, libraries should seek creative from the profound experience of libraries, strengthen the management of micro film creation and dissemination,enrich micro films marketing practices.
