公共图书馆推动全民阅读的制度基础——制度图书馆学的视角

Abstract

Abstract:

The institutional library science provides an analytical framework for understanding institution basis of the public library promoting nationwide reading. This paper argues that the institution basis of the public library promote nationwide reading includes the following aspects: the library spirit and core values are the foundation of ethics and morality, modern legal system is the decisive factor, the public library governance mechanism is system and game-based platform. The public library promotes nationwide reading realized through promoting spirit and core values, improving the legal system and perfecting governance structure.
