Abstract:

At present,the government advocates a nationwide reading and builds a scholarly society.Many small and medium-sized libraries have also taken some measures to readers'service.Different readers in the reading process show different ways of reading requirement and reading.So we study the fundamental principles of public reading demand and ways for guiding people to further attention to the nationwide reading,and can play a guiding role to practice.
