省级公共图书馆微信平台服务发展现状及对策

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper investigates the WeChat platform service of 31 provincial public libraries from four aspects, such as opening time, platform types, service contents and online propaganda ways, and expounds the present situation and the shortcoming of the WeChat platform service of provincial public libraries. The following suggestion is put forward: strengthening the construction of resources, realizing the content integration and opening of digital resources, improving the service content and the user’s service experience.
