项目管理在公共图书馆阅读推广中的应用研究

Abstract

Abstract:

The paper discusses the application of project management in the reading promotion mode by introducing the case of“Reading·Warmth - Supporting for Visually Impaired Readers”of Foshan Library. It thinks about the application of project management in the library reading promotion and puts forward three points: in a logical framework to design project,use a professional tool to manage projects,with openly professional tools to evaluation project.
