Abstract:

Urban social vulnerable groups are the important readers of the public library, and it is of great social significance to provide good service. However, according to the survey, the author found that economic income, social bias and the lack of public library services and other reasons caused the public library of urban social vulnerable groups of services be not perfect.The library needs to eliminate psychological barriers, reduce the economy Spend and provide targeted services to make more efforts to provide better service.
