Abstract:

In view of the characteristics of children's library, the questionnaire design and research process of the reader satisfaction survey are presented with real cases, and the conclusions are obtained from the analysis of the data from multiple perspectives. The research process and data analysis conclusions are for the reference of the relevant researchers, in order to improve the scientific and reliability of the reader satisfaction survey, and to dig more information through the satisfaction survey, and provide the decision-making basis for the professional work.
