基于用户知识贡献的图书馆知识共享空间构建研究

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper analysis the connotation of knowledge contribution and the relationship between knowledge contribution and knowledge sharing. Then according to the knowledge transformation model, divides the users of library knowledge contribution behavior into four models: exchange of knowledge, knowledge shift, knowledge creation and knowledge transfer. And discusses construct the space of library knowledge sharing based on the core elements: space, resources, and management.
