Research on the Leading Cadres' Reading Behavior and Reading Promotion Path: A Case Study on Party and Government Cadres of Chengdu

Abstract:

The active reading behavior of leading cadres is an important example to promote the implementation of reading activities for the citizens, and it is also a key factor in building Marxist learning-type political parties. This paper analyzes the reading characteristics of the leading cadres taking party and government leading cadres of Chengdu as research samples through questionnaire surveys. Based on the questionnaire survey ,this study proposes reading and promotion strategies such as cultivating reading emotions, using fragmentation time, promoting classic reading, and focusing on top-level design.
