高校图书馆开展决策支持服务的实践探索与思考——以杭州师范大学图书馆为例

Abstract

Abstract: Providing intelligence analysis and decision-making support service for administrative departments in university is an important way for library to show its advantages of talents and resources，carry out service innovation，manifest its values and enhance its influence.In this paper，we described the current situation of decision- making support service from the theoretical and practical perspectives.We put emphasis on Hangzhou Normal University Library’s practical exploration and experiences of decision- making support service.We also pointed out the problems and proposed suggestions in order to provide reference for other university libraries.
