Abstract: By using the methods of network research and content analysis,this paper selects university members from the Australian national data service network to study the research objects,focuses on three of which have scientific data management plans,analyzes the role and functions of Libraries in their scientific data management services,and puts forward suggestions for the development of this service in University Libraries in China.
