Abstract: Based on the demand of book borrowing and returning service in the current information ageenvironment,this paper constructs the "personal mobile library" mode based on the application of Guangzhou library's borrowing service and provides self-help borrowing and returning service for readers to promote the innovation of the service mode of book borrowing and returning under the information technology environment.This article through to Guangzhou library books lending system features,functions,processes,and referral system in the practical applications of this wide chart analysis, summarizing practical experience, simple was discussed based on Guangzhou library lending service application of the "personal mobile self-service library books borrowed"model for the role of library development and application prospects.
