摘要：

分析了当前我国机构知识库建设现状,发现机构知识库的建设虽然呈现增长趋势,但内容资源建设不够完整、准确,系统建设缺少为机构及其成员提供真正有价值的服务。对机构知识库的研究和建设,应围绕为机构及其内部成员提供数字资源服务开展。围绕机构知识库的服务能力,总结了影响IR可持续发展的系统建设核心要素,并尝试构建面向机构和机构成员全方位服务的服务机制。

关键词: 机构知识库, 可持续发展, 服务机制

Abstract:

：This paper analyzes the current institutional repositories in China, and finds out that although the number of institutional repositories is growing, they cannot provide comprehensive and accurate content, nor does it have a system construction which provides true valuable service to the institutions and their staff. This paper suggests that the construction and research of institutional repositories should focus on providing digital resources and services to the institutions and their staff. Focusing on the service capabilities of institutional repository, this paper summarizes the impact of the core elements of IR system construction on IR sustainable development, and intends to build a service mechanism that provides comprehensive service to institutions and their staff.
