摘要:

图书馆读者服务冲突较为常见,不仅给图书馆正常工作秩序带来了一定影响,而且也妨碍了广大读者在图书馆内的正常活动。读者服务冲突的产生是由多方面因素造成的,主要因素是“问题读者”的问题行为。如何尽量避免和消除读者服务冲突的出现,成为目前广大图书馆工作者亟待解决的一大难题。对图书馆“问题读者”问题行为引发的读者服务冲突进行调查分析,这将有助于图书馆工作者处理这些问题。

Abstract:

The reader service conflict is more common in the library, which not only has brought certain influence to the normal work in the library, but also has hindered the majority readers’ normal activities in the library. The emergence of reader service conflicts is caused by many factors; the major factor is the “problem reader” problem behavior. How to avoid and eliminate the reader service conflict has become a difficult problem for librarians to solve at present. This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the reader service conflict caused by the “problem reader” in the library. It will help a number of library workers to deal with such problems in the future.
