2016年末,安徽省合肥市民营书店“保罗的口袋”正式成为“合肥市图书馆分馆”。初期实践表明,它是PPP模式推动下的发展成果。以合肥市“保罗的口袋”为例,探讨民营书店向公共图书馆转型的必要性、可行性及重要性,并就其运作方式进行具体分析。

Abstract:

At the end of 2016, private bookstore “Paul's pocket” in Hefei of Anhui province officially turned into “the Branch of Hefei Library”. The initial practice shows that it is the result of PPP model-driven development. Taking “Paul's Pocket” in Hefei as an example, this paper discusses the necessity, feasibility and importance of the transformation from private bookstore to public library, and introduces the operation mode.
