摘要： 高技术战争形态下，大数据、云计算等技术给军事领域带来的深刻变革推动着我军信息化的大发展，军事人才的信息素养是推进信息化建设的强大推手，提升其信息检索能力是必然要求。要从转变信息检索学习观念、加大培训力度、建立健全考评机制、加强信息服务平台建设等方面做转变，全力塑造大数据时代军事人才的信息检索能力，转变战斗力生成模式，打赢信息战。

关键词: 信息化；信息检索；军事人才

Abstract: In the form of high-tech warfare,the profound changes brought about by big data,cloud computing and other technologies in the military field are driving the development of our military’s informatization.The information literacy of military personnel is a powerful driving force for the advancement of informatization.Information retrieval ability is an inevitable requirement.It is necessary to change the concept of information retrieval learning, increase training efforts, establish and improve the evaluation mechanism, and strengthen the construction of information service platforms, and make every effort to shape the information retrieval capabilities of military talents in the era of big data,change the mode of generating combat power,and win the information war.
