高职院校图书馆强化线上服务体系的思考——以56所“高水平”学校图书馆为例

摘要： 网络与信息技术的发展使线上服务和提供线上资源保障成为图书馆未来的发展趋势。高职图书馆在这方面的研究却是缺失的，疫情发生，高职图书馆应急机制能不能完全适应应急信息服务，疫情给了我们一次检验高职图书馆线上服务体系的机会。本文通过网络调查了“双高计划”中56所高水平学校图书馆主页及微信公众号在新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情期间发布的相关信息，据此分析高职院校图书馆线上服务的现状，指出高职院校图书馆存在的问题，并有针对性地提出进一步加强高职院校图书馆线上服务与资源保障体系建设的举措。

Abstract: The development of network and information technology has made online services and provision of online resource guarantees the future development trend of libraries.The research of higher vocational libraries in this area is lacking.The epidemic situation occurred.Can the emergency mechanism of the higher vocational library be fully adapted to emergency information services.The epidemic situation gave us a chance to test the guarantee of the online service system of the higher vocational library. This article investigates the relevant information released by 56 high-level school library homepages and WeChat public accounts during the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in the "Double High Plan" through the Internet, and analyzes the current status of online services in vocational college libraries.It pointed out the problems existing in the libraries of higher vocational colleges,and put forward measures to further strengthen the construction of online services and resource guarantee system of higher vocational college libraries.
