摘要： 公共阅读空间作为图书馆体系的末梢，有效地缓解当地公共文化资源不足的问题，文章以浦东新区陆家嘴图书馆的“融书房”为例，分析了公共阅读空间发展和运营成功的原因，并对公共阅读空间提升服务效能提出了相应策略，以期为图书馆服务体系发展提供参考。

Abstract: As the end of the library system,the public reading space can effectively alleviate the problem of insufficient local public cultural resources. The article takes the "Rongshufang" of the Lujiazui Library in Pudong New Area as an example to analyze the reasons for the success of the development and operation of the public reading space.The public reading space has proposed corresponding strategies to improve service efficiency in order to provide a reference for the development of library service system.
