Abstract: The article introduces the construction characteristics and current situation of“city study”.It seriously considers the shortcomings in the construction and development of“city study”,and proposes strategies such as precise service, multi-building, strengthening publicity,strengthening evaluation, and optimizing the building of urban library to guarantee the long-term development of the urban Library.
