Research on User Demand of Maker Space of University Library Based on Kano Model QI Xiang-hua,GAO Yu 2020, 50 (2):  46-56.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197（2020）02-0046-11 Abstract ( 202 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF (5606KB) ( 514 )   Save The study is mainly to classify the types of user demands in the Maker Space in university libraries and to distinguish the differences in the degree of user demands for various services of the Maker Space.This paper conducts a survey by means of questionnaire and draws a conclusion through data analysis based on the Kano model and the better-worse index:all the six dimensions of the questionnaire are classified as attractive requirement and among the 29 indicators of user demands of Maker Space of university libraries,“Maker Space provides convenient and fast ways to obtain information resources”,which is a mixed classification of attractive requirement and one-dimensional requirement; according to the better-worse index, there are differences in the degree of users' demand for various service of Maker Space. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward several suggestions on Maker Space service of university libraries, aiming to provide reference for university libraries to provide Maker Space services that are really close to users demands. Application of Webcast in the Reading Service of Provincial Public Libraries in China OU Yan 2020, 50 (2):  92-100.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197（2020）02-0092-09 Abstract ( 143 )   HTML ( 6 )   PDF (4640KB) ( 563 )   Save Through this research, we can understand the application of webcasting in the reading service of provincial public libraries in China.Taking the two camps of reading service of provincial public libraries in China,Sina Weibo and WeChat as examples,this paper investigated the live broadcast of the provincial public library Weibo and WeChat,and then concluded that there are three problems in the reading service of the provincial public library in China according to the relevant situation: the number and content of the live webcast need to be improved, lack of humanistic care for vulnerable groups and reader feedback mechanism. Finally, the development countermeasures of the future must be borrowed from the innovative webcasting mode and content, enhancing the humane care of the disadvantaged groups, and establish an effective reader feedback mechanism.
