Abstract: This paper adopts a variety of methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, case analysis and network survey, to investigate the government's purchase of fujian public library services. There are great differences in the areas where the government purchases public library services；The overall level of purchasing service in fujian province is not high, the type is single；Insufficient incentive policies and capital investment.Put forward countermeasures,such as standardize the working process of government purchasing service, cultivate and standardize social forces, improve the level of specialization, make information open and transparent and formulate perfect talent incentive policies,etc,to promote the government to buy public services to provide reference and reference.
