Abstract: Doing the quality evaluation well is a important measure that enhances the compiling quality of annals.The author relates and analyzes complexities of the quality evaluation of annals, malpractice of existing evaluation mechanism and feasibility of founding the total quality evaluation system, referring to the quality evaluation methodology of general books and reflecting the specific style and requirements of annals structures a evaluation index system for annals quality for the first time, and gives a example to carry through evaluation examination.
