Abstract: Thispaper investigates the WeChat public platformof 36“Double First-Class”university libraries,makesa comparative analysis on the online reading promotion and readers’psychological counseling through We-Chat public platformservice of themduring COVID-19.Focusingon deficiencies,the paper discusseshow to better carry out the online reading promotion and readers’psychological counseling of university libraries,in order to provide support for related research.
