Abstract:

The rise of the public library animation reading promotion is the product of the animation industry development, the national reading tide and the public library institution. The public libraries have carried out the exploration of the animation reading promotion in America, Britain and Japan. The main experience such as great attention paid to the resource construction of comic animation, rich forms of services are provided, personalized animation reading service extensive social cooperation. The animation reading promotion of the public library in China should focus on the construction of animation resources, exploring the effective reading promotion mode, social cooperation and fostering the professional librarians, etc.
