天津高校图书馆CALIS联合虚拟参考咨询服务开展情况调查

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper surveys CALIS collaborative virtual reference service of 53 university libraries in Tianjin by using website survey research method. Based on the survey, it finds out some problems and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the service. The suggestion is publicizing the service through multiple channels, carrying out a collaborative service comprehensively, attracting users with strong interactivity.
