Abstract:

Strategy management capability plays an important role for scientific development for library. Based on the theory of strategic management and capability structure, this paper analyzes the elements and structure of library strategic management capability. The structure of the library's strategic management capacity is mainly composed of six dimensions. Meanwhile, it is divided into sixteen factors. These factors can be transformed into strategic management capability evaluation indicators for library, and promote the strategy management capability of library.
