Investigation and Analysis on Job Burnout of University Librarians with Different Professional Titles

Abstract:

Taking university librarians in Liaoning province as survey samples, this paper makes questionnaire investigations combined with the MBI-GS questionnaire, analyses the present situation of job burnout of university librarians with different professional titles from emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. It evaluates some factors that affect the job burnout of university librarians with different professional titles by using the method of importance calculation, in order to provide theoretical basis and support for the prevention and mitigation of university librarians' job burnout.
