基于价值网结构的图书馆文化建设新思考

Abstract

Abstract:

Cultural construction of library in the new period should start from the basic value of the library, based on the library value net structure, which taking resource value, space value, culture value and the value of public service as the foundation, strengthen core culture construction, promote the resources of the knowledge service culture, build multivariate space culture, establish a "freedom and equality" service culture, and actively construct characteristic culture to promote the library's cultural soft power.
