从政府购买到合作治理:图书馆服务供给机制创新研究 *

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper takes the example in construction of intelligent library's multiple construction Foshan united library,constructs the cooperative governance theory of library service supply.Cooperative governance is based on government purchase,but achieves the transcendence of government purchase.Cooperative governance as library service supply mechanism is mainly through the innovation of governance system to enhance the level of cooperation and governance,through the diversification of governance to establish cooperation partnership,through a clear responsibility to optimize the cooperative governance structure,through the creation of social capital cooperative governance culture.Finally,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to further improve cooperative governance mechanism of library service supply.
