移动图书馆APP可用性评价实证研究 *

Abstract

Abstract:

To know more about usability of mobile libraries, this paper selects five provincial public libraries’ apps as evaluation objects. Based on the usability evaluation index system of mobile library built by Delphi and AHP, it designs the user test and questionnaire to obtain quantitative evaluation data. The data analysis tells the usability situation and problems. Finally, four suggestions on usability development are proposed: ensuring the effectiveness of basic services; promoting the integration of online and offline services by “Internet plus”; mining deep mobile information demand; improving efficiency from detail.
