Investigation and Analysis of the Cultural Poverty Alleviation Practices in the “Double Top-Class” University Library

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the existing conditions of cultural poverty alleviation in university libraries, this paper analyzes the exactly practices of libraries from the two dimensions: the cultural poverty alleviation projects and the development of cultural poverty alleviation practices of different libraries. It proposes to give full play to the intellectual resource advantages of university libraries to build a precise identification system for cultural poverty alleviation, promote the collaborative participation of social forces in university library cultural poverty alleviation projects, innovate the forms of university library cultural poverty alleviation activities, and deepen the content of cultural poverty alleviation. It hopes that it can be used for reference in the development of cultural poverty alleviation in Chinese university libraries.
