Abstract

Abstract:

Taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation is the important measure and work in the library.To construct digital culture and science & technology service platform of poverty alleviation on web2.0 technology,enhance the educational level,seize colorful scientific technology,for promoting the culture,economic development in poor areas,is the powerful force for public digital culture service in public libraries.
