Abstract: Through the analysis of the characteristics and influences of curing culture,the idea of building the library of curedepartment is put forward.This paper pointed out that the establishment of library culture of cure department should pay attention to four principles,put forward five establishment schemes,and emphasize three matters needing attention in the establishment process.Through the construction of healing culture,the library can use knowledge and sincerity to help the target audience get out of difficulties and confusion,reshape a better life,and thus arouse readers'appreciation of Chinese traditional culture and enthusiasm for thestudy of theessenceof culture.
