Abstract: The Year of 2020 is the end of precision poverty alleviation in China.As the main body of culture poverty alleviation,libraries urgently need an evaluation index system to evaluate the effect of culture precision poverty alleviation.In order to solve this problem,this paper will use PDCA cycle theory for reference from the perspective of the library,and adjust it in the light of the actual situation of cultural poverty alleviation,and construct the effectiveness evaluation system with four dimensions of"input-process-effect-feedback",this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate and discuss the importance of the index,in order to provide an idea for objectively evaluating the effect of culture-targeted poverty alleviation,and to guide the direction of library's culture-targeted poverty alleviation.
