Abstract:

This paper expounds the significance of public library services for the disabled readers, and according to the analysis of the public library reading service status for disabled people, proposes the guarantee mechanism, service facilities, construction of resource, activities of brand reading and personalized service. These accessibility measures should security disabled readers enjoy the universal and equal rights of public cultural services.
