摘要:

建立图书服务点是图书馆打破传统的阵地服务模式,变被动服务为主动服务的创新性服务。结合安徽省图书馆图书服务点的发展现状,就新常态下公共图书馆服务点如何规范管理,提升服务质量提出了解决方案。

Abstract:

The establishment of books service point is an innovative service of the library to break the traditional position service mode and change passive service to active service. Combined with the development status of library service in Anhui Province, this paper puts forward solutions to improve service quality, which including how to standardize management of public library books service under the new normal condition.
